Tom Morgan, associate professor of Russian at St. Scholastica, accompanies students on all portions of the study tour. He has a doctorate in Russian from The Ohio State University and has led many language study tours. Dr. Morgan has had considerable experience in Russia and has many contacts there. He has been to Petrozavodsk 16 times since 1986.
