With the increasing use of online course management systems, many college instructors seek to develop approaches and skills that will help them effectively design and use online course sites. The College of St. Schoalstica offers faculty members a four-week online course, Teach Online with Blackboard/WebCT. The course helps instructors address the needs of diverse learners,  including those with disabilities.
